At Thumba Designs, we ensure every product is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return terms below.
1. Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with the original packaging and tags intact.
You must raise a return request within 2 days of delivery by contacting us at thumba.info@gmail.com.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized products, sale items, and gift cards are non-refundable.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund or replacement within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
4. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a wrong or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
