• Responses will be given between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.
• According to the size chart, choose the appropriate size or one size up. Kurtis that are too tight should be avoided, and the zipper should not be overly forcefully pressed as this could cause damage.
• For the first wash, dry cleaning is advised.
• Use cold water to wash separately.
• Because of digital photography and screen settings, the colors displayed in the images may differ slightly.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
• Product unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery is a must for faulty/Damaged products.
• No returns on sale items, gift cards, personalized or personal care products.
• Exchanges can be made by returning the item and placing a new order once accepted.
• Return requests must be emailed to info@thumbadesigns.com before shipping the item back.
